Before you left the Recovery Room yesterday you were given a Discharge Instruction Sheet with simple written guidelines to continue your home care.
If you have any questions or problems please contact your doctor. Your doctor’s phone number is listed at the bottom of your Discharge Instruction Sheet.
A nurse from the Surgery Center will phone you today to see how you are and to answer any questions you might have.
We encourage you to complete a patient survey after you have recovered from surgery. This will help us to improve our services for all our patients.
